The film is set against the great historical process of the "poverty alleviation campaign," telling the typical deeds of cadres from the Supreme People's Court in targeted poverty alleviation work. The film started shooting on September 30, 2020, with all scenes shot on location in Ningling County. After post-production, it is scheduled to premiere on December 4, "National Constitution Day."
