Synopsis：Tupon, an elderly woman at the foot of Mount Kidul, tirelessly raises Sekar Palupi to keep pursuing her education. Illiterate herself, she always takes Sekar to observe the universe, pointing out the Lintang Lantip (the bright star) and the planet Mars. She always tells Sekar that she can reach them through knowledge. Sekar goes on to earn a master's degree in astronomy at Oxford University in England.
